Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of booking is based on full payment. Atlantic Offshore Adventures must be informed of any change in group size to that booked. Groups will be charged for the number of persons booked unless the change in numbers is confirmed with Atlantic Offshore Adventures 48hrs before booked date.

A minimum of 48hrs notice must be given to cancel a booking and retain your deposit. Cancellations must be made by email to Atlantic Offshore Adventures. Cancellations are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Atlantic Offshore Adventures. Deposits will be refunded to confirmed cancellations. Failure to attend a booking will result in the full price of the booked activity being charged to your credit card.

Vouchers

Non-refundable: Atlantic Offshore Adventures vouchers are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed: Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed
and will be invalid.

Booking: When making a booking you must have the voucher number ready, otherwise the voucher cannot be used to secure a booking. Vouchers are taken as deposits and are made invalid if an activity is cancelled without confirmation. You will be required to present your voucher on the day, if you do not have the voucher on the day, the cost of the booked activity will have to be paid for in full to participate. Failure to pay for the booked activity will make the voucher invalid.

Postponed By Activity: Atlantic Offshore Adventures reserves the right to postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions which may render the activity unsafe.

Cancellation By Voucher Holder: The bearer of an Atlantic Offshore Adventures voucher agrees that in the event of having to cancel/postpone a booked appointment they will notify Atlantic Offshore Adventures by email 48hrs prior to the day of the booking. Cancellations are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Atlantic Offshore Adventures. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid.

Non Attendance: The Atlantic Offshore Adventures voucher becomes invalid.

Alcohol and Drugs: No alcohol drinks or drugs are to be consumed throughout the day of an activity. If the participant is deemed to be under the influence of either, they will not be permitted to join the activity and no refund will be given.
